Questions regarding California employment taxes and site in which to complete form DE26 EFT Authorization Agreement, and submit a copy of a voided check to their linked bank account.
You will then receive confirmation with a security code. You can then intially setup a password on the EDD EFT site with this security code and their assigned EDD account number
